ARAMID - NON ASBESTOS

Non-Asbestos Gasket Materials Compressed Aramid Fiber Sheet
This material is a non-asbestos sheet material formulated for services in most static sealing applications as a universal replacement gasket.NA-1001 is manufactured through the hot calendar process under rigorous quality control standards.Its content is aramid fiber bound by nitrile rubber.

This material is suitable against water, brine, steam, organic and weak inorganic acids, concentrated and diluted alkalis, chemicals, petroleum and petroleum derivatives, synthetic oils, animal fats, vegetable oils, aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated solvents and refrigerants.

Compressed Carbon Fiber Sheet Nitrile Binder

This sheet is manufactured from carbon fibers and graphite, bonded with Nitrile rubber.NA-1100 is used for applications to near 900° F.

This sheet enables plants to use only one gasket material and avoid the confusion of needing several different sheets or gasket styles in the plant.This sheet cuts very clean and easily.NA-1100 is suitable for sealing hot oils, fuels, coolants, solvents, gases, water and steam.

CONSTRUCTION
Style NA1085 is a compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket material
produced from aramid fibers and bonded with Hypalon® rubber. It
is manufactured through the hot calendar process under rigorous quality
control standards that are registered under ISO-9001 certification.
